Formerly at Deloitte, he worked with public and private companies on compliance, taxation and reporting. Through Arkilos, he offers fractional CFO and controller services focused on strategic planning, risk management and reporting.

Charlie is an experienced business and corporate lawyer with in-house experience across the metals, mining and industrial recycling sectors, including with publicly traded and privately held companies. He advises on corporate and commercial matters, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters, delivering practical legal solutions focused on business growth, regulatory compliance and risk management.

Sarah is a communications strategist trained in journalism and public relations, and an early mover in ESG and green marketing. She has advised some of the world's largest critical minerals and manufacturing companies, trusted to manage investor-ready disclosures in complex stakeholder environments. Sarah was named one of Canada's Clean50 for her engagement on waste, resilience and advanced energy systems.
