When You receive our emails, HubSpot, which we use to send them, may also collect information about whether an email was delivered or opened and which links were clicked.
We use this information only to send You investor updates, company announcements, milestones and other company news from CLN Global Inc., to manage Your subscription, and to keep a record of Your consent and of any withdrawal of consent, so that we can demonstrate compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation and other applicable law. We do not sell this information, and we share it only with other members of the CLN Companies and the service providers that help us send these emails, as described in this Policy, or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
We keep Your subscription information for as long as You remain subscribed. If You unsubscribe, we will stop sending You investor updates and remove You from our mailing list without delay, and in any event within ten (10) business days. We will then keep only Your email address and a record of Your consent and unsubscribe request for up to three (3) years, so that we can honour Your request and demonstrate our compliance with applicable law, after which we will delete it.
